The winner's details can be requested. We will try to contact the winner using the contact information provided in their original order. The winner has 28 days from the draw date to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time, it will be awarded to one of four runners up. Each runner up will have 5 days to claim the prize before it passes to the next entrant.
