Our industry-leading 12-month guarantee covers the specific fault we've repaired. For example, if we replace your washing machine's drain pump and it fails within 12 months, we'll replace it again at no cost to you.
We accept cash or card payments on the day of the visit. You only pay when the job is done, ensuring a safe, secure, and fast transaction.
If we can't repair your appliance, you'll only pay for the diagnostic service. We also offer a hassle-free delivery, installation, and disposal service if you decide to purchase a new appliance.
If your appliance develops a different fault during the warranty period, you'll need to pay for the diagnostic service, labour, and any necessary parts. Our guarantee only covers the specific fault we initially repaired.
Please note
That all bookings are subject to confirmation by our Customer Services Team (usually within 1 business hour by phone, text message and/or email). Bookings made after 6pm Monday to Friday or after 3pm on Saturday or Sunday/Bank Holidays will be confirmed on the next working day.
Method of payment
Please note that you are not required to make any advance payment to secure your appointment. Instead we ask that you make full payment to the engineer at the time of the appointment using cash, debit or credit card.
