Warranties

Unless stated all our products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee, however, the length of your warranty depends on the brand and product purchased, it is the customer’s responsibility to register the guarantee/warranty with the manufacturer immediately after the product is purchased. We recommend you also retain your receipt, as some manufacturers also require a proof of purchase to validate the warranty/guarantee.

In some cases, warranties are extended during special promotions, full details of these promotions can be found on manufacturer websites or speak to one of our sales advisors in store. These extended promotional warranties must be redeemed/registered by the customer immediately after purchase. Promotional warranties need to be redeemed/registered within a restricted timeframe, it is the customer’s responsibility to register their product within this timeframe.
