Product Safety Notices
From time to time, we’ll be sent a product safety notice from a manufacturer. These let us know where there could be a potential issue with a product and whether it needs repairing or replacing. We’ll always get in touch with you if we get a notice that affects a product you’ve bought from us – but we’ve also included all these notices below so you can get a reminder or check any products you’ve bought elsewhere.
Manufacturer Contact Details
If you have a mechanical fault with your appliance which is covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty you can either give our Customer care team a call or contact the Manufacturer directly and they will arrange a service visit.
Warranties
Unless stated all our products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee
