If you are not 100% happy with your new product, whether the product is faulty, damaged or just not really what you wanted, we will help you out:

Returning or Replacing a Faulty Product

If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 14 days to return the product back to us so contact our store and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund.

When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as store receipt or confirmation email.

Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

  • unused (with any tags still attached)
  • in original packaging
  • in a resalable condition

Faulty items - If you've had your item less than 28 days, we'll happily replace or refund it if it's faulty. If you've had the item between 28 and 365 days we'll get it repaired, replaced or, if neither are possible, refunded.

If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

We'll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

Returning or Replacing a Damaged Product

We apologise that you have received a damaged product. Please contact our store with a description of the damage and any information on the driver who delivered it, to discuss replacing or refunding you your damaged product.

Returning an Unwanted Product

We are happy to return a product that you have changed your mind about, with a refund being made before 7 days after delivery. However, if you have used or installed the product, we will only be able to offer you a refund of up to 50% of its’ value. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Returns & Cancellation of Orders

Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance, we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
