Appliance Repair Service
Our trained and qualified engineers repair large appliances at your home and they are based locally around London. In some areas of London we use selected and approved service partners to carry out repairs on our behalf.

Our industry-leading 12-month guarantee covers the specific fault we've repaired. If the same issue returns, we'll fix it again at no charge.
Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit. We accept cash, debit or credit card at the time of your appointment — no advance payment required.
You’ll only be charged a diagnostic fee. If a replacement is needed, we can help arrange supply and installation.
Only the originally repaired fault is covered under the warranty. New issues will be treated as a separate repair.
Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around London who are employed and trained by Appliance Centre, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with domestic appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.
Our engineers can repair large appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods and warming drawers.
Our engineers can repair your appliances on weekdays, but some weekend appointments are available.
Our engineers will only replace any faulty parts with original replacements parts from manufacturer.
Please note
That all bookings are subject to confirmation by our customer services team (usually within 1 business hour by phone, text message and/or email). Bookings made after 6pm Monday to Friday or after 3pm on Saturday or Sunday/Bank Holidays will be confirmed on the next working day.
Method of payment
Please note that you are not required to make any advance payment to secure your appointment. Instead we ask that you make full payment to the engineer at the time of the appointment using cash, debit or credit card.
