We want your Appliancentre to go as smoothly as possible and there are a number of things that you can do to pave the way for our visit. Below is a list of measures you can take that will save our installation engineers time and prevent any overtime charges being applied.

They include:

  • Sending us images of your existing machine (where possible)
  • Ensuring the existing cabinetry, furniture doors and plinths are suitable for refitting
  • Ensuring your new appliance will fit into the designated space (if unsure, please book a site survey)
  • Making sure existing pipework/power supply is accessible and in good serviceable condition
  • Emptying all cupboards requiring access prior to our arrival
  • Testing your stop valves where possible (for connection of any wet appliance) and
  • know the location of your mains water isolation valve
  • Providing the installer with suitable parking facilities/permit, where restrictions may apply
